About

I'm a designer with a scientific background, who enjoyes building random whimsical things.

My approach to design is not just about solving problems for people through software, but also about the care, attention to detail, and craftsmanship I bring to each project. I enjoy exploring hundreds of ideas to find the right one, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and building things that have never been built before.

I'm a years old, originally from Zagreb, Croatia, but currently living in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, with my partner Rafaela and our dog, Xenon.

I hold a master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Zagreb. Since people often ask about my transition from chemistry to design, I wrote a detailed post about it.

Cycling

Started wearing tight jerseys, lost few kilos, and made some Strava friends along the way.

Elsewhere

I try to be mindful of my social media use. I used to be quite active on Twitter, but lately, I’ve been spending more time on Mastodon and Bluesky. I’m still unsure if I’ll stick with all of them, but for now, you can find me there. I also have LinkedIn, though I don’t use it actively and keep it solely for networking.

Believe in your abilities to figure things out!
